Magic Speciality: Self-regeneration (it's a family trait.) He doesn't use it contantly- only when he needs it. He's not very talented in magic otherwise, though.

Appearance: Slim is a gray kitsune. He's skinny, and his fur is quite rough and ragged. His fur also has lots of darker and lighter patches of gray. His eyes are black. He has a faded scar on his left front paw from falling on rocks and getting a shard stuck in his skin. The shard is still there, and he hasn't bothered to fix it. He has two tails.
Humanform: (This is only when he comes of age)[/i] Slim is a medium-sized man, and slender like his kitsune form. His hair is short, ragged, and gray with dull, dark lavender streaks. He has the same scar as his kitsune form on his left hand. His eyes are slender and wide, covered slightly by his hair. They're a dark, mucky brown, gray, black, and moss green swirl. He usually wears old, ripped jeans when he's in his human form; it's the only clothing he owns.[/size]

Personality: Like most of the starting gray kitsunes, Slim is quiet, caring, and quite secretive. He doesn't meet many other people in the mountains; he keeps to himself for the most part. He has trust problems, and keeps a lot of things to himself. He is also humble, and usually never speaks what's on his mind unless if has to. He, however, has a need to care for small creatures, children, and people in need. He's defensive of others, but he never kills with any sort of vengeance. He doesn't feel emotions such as jealousy, true hate, or vengeance for the most part. Slim doesn't have very good socializing skills, as he's mostly alone.

History: Slim was born in the scrublands. His mother died of sickness a couple of days after he was born. He had been born with the same sickness. He still carries the lasting disease, but it's not infectious. His father nurtured him for a few years before he was murdered by a kitsune hunting group. Slim had been injured, too, but he escaped and wandered his ways towards the mountains. He reached there, dying, when a normal fox named Katai found him and nurtured him back to health. The hunters had followed him to the mountains. They found Slim and Katai, and they ended up killing Katai. Slim had fallen over a waterfall in attempt to escape, and received his scar. He kept the scar soley because of his guilt for Katai's death. From then on, he's lived quietly in the mountains, in a very hidden, ancient valley.

Other: Slim's sickness is like AIDS; it destroys his immune system. He received regeneration magic from his father; that is how he is still alive. He has no other magical immunity to sicknesses.
