Kitsune Mountain Adventure~ come one come all!

I live in a cave not to far from here. It's not much but it's warm and safe. You too can stay with me until he learns how to swim!" She blushed softly. 'If you two want to that is!" she shifted shyly.

She blinked at the sudden Kitsune at their feet. "Well hi!" She smiled down another grey kitsune. "Where are you little angels coming from?" She giggled.

"That's probably a good idea," Slim said, tilting his head. "My home's hard to get to... I found it by accident and thought it was a-" He was interupted by another kitsune crashing down in front of them. He jumped.

"Hello!" Wombat exclaimed happily. "There's another kitsune Slimmy!" He said, making sure Slim was looking. Slim was still a little shocked; he'd met three kitsunes in a week.

"Are you okay?" Slim asked the kitsune, nudging her with his nose nervously. "You just keep coming, don't you?" He thought to himself.

Mykhai righted herself as quickly as possible, rather shocked from slipping and falling awkwardly and then ending up in the midst of three kitsunes. Whispering a frantic apology, she backed up a few steps and tried to think of a way to explain herself.

"I... I'm sorry... about that. I'm Mykhai." Her voice was extremely quiet, but it even shocked her. "I was curious about... what you were doing and..."

Her voice trailed off and she gestured at the trail left by her comedic tumble through the snow.

((*waves* Hi. Lilium will be a part of this roleplay. As you will see, my style of writing is present-tense third-person.))

Quickly, in a rush of black and purple, the kitsune hops distresstly through the snow, tails swishing wildly.
"Great... where have I arrived now --Ow! Cold..."
Her paws ache from travelling, cold and wet from the snow, which greatly contrasts against her ebony fur. It had been days of travelling for her, and without a place to call home anymore, it seems as if she may never find shelter.
She stops, glancing around for any sign of life, before laying her head upon her paws. With a heavy sigh, she closes her eyes for a moment.

Her ears prick up, voices sounding from nearby.

"Isn't this wonderful?", she grumbles. With her luck, it was probably a pack of hunters...
Still, she stands, and wanders toward the sound.

Stop.
The sight of other kitsune fill her vision, though she dares not approach.
They could, in fact, wish for her blood in a silver goblet.
That is, for all she knew...

Miyuki smiled. "Nice to meet you Mykhai. Im Miyuki. This is Wombat." She licks his ear.

"And this is Slim." Her tails brush against his flank. "Would you like to stay with us in my cave too? Theres plenty of room and it's warm."

Slim was now very startled by this sudden appearance of many kitsunes- He budged closer to Wombat, near Miyuki, too, protectively. He looked down at Mykhai, but didn't say anything when Miyuki introduced him. He quickly came to the idea that Mykhai was just a curious klutz and began to scan around them.

Wombat smiled with surprise and said, "Look Slimmy, another kitsune! You think this one's nice, too?" He glanced over at Slim, and noticed Slim's sudden interest with something in the distance.

Slim had spotted a new kitsune, and by now his jaw had just dropped. He thought to himself, "Where are all of them coming from? Are there that many outside my home? I don't recall them being around here before..." He said down, and stared at the newest kitsune, wondering if they would make their way over to the party of kitsunes.

"Wow." Wombat said, eyes wide.

Looking over at Slim she noticed him looking at something. He had a strange surprised look on his face that made her slightly worried. Miyuki pressed her cheek to Slim's trying to see what he was seeing.

"Whatcha' looking at Slim? I don't see..HEY! Another one! Awwwww~" She moved her face away from his to make sure she wasn't screaming in his ear.

"HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEYYYYY!!!!~ HELLO OVER THERE! COME OVER HERE FRIEND! IT WOULD BE VERY NICE TO MEET YOU!" She wagged her tails as she giggled excitedly.

"I'm so excited! I never been around so many friendly people! It'll be like a sleep over! XD....but less girly and such and blah." She got to her feet and pawed the snow eagerly.

"Aren't you excited Slim!?" She grinned at him, beaming with joy.

Slim dropped his head, and stared at the snow. He didn't know what to make of his situation; it could end up being very dangerous... He lifted his ears and listened to the surroundings; they probably should leave soon. Night was falling quickly enough, and Slim's gut told him there were hunters nearby. With so many of them, there wasn't much of a worry, but one can never be too cautious...

"We should get going to... to wherever you live." Slim said softly, but giving Miyuki the eye. Wombat frowned and licked Slim's nose. Slim glanced away, at the other kitsune again.

Wombat glanced back up at Mykhai with interest. "Are you coming too?" He asked cheerfully.

"Um OK. Maybe the kitsune over there will follow. Well come on anyone who is coming. You are welcome to come at anytime if not right now. OK?" She smiled sweetly at Mykhai. "Now. This way~"

She began to trot off. "It's easy to remember. There's a little red bush...kinda strange but neat...and then a waterfall. The best part is that the walk-way to get in is only big enough for a fox to walk through without getting all wet by the icy water. Animals drink at the little pond under it so there is plenty of food." She flicked the oddly scarlet shrub with her tail. "I wouldn't chew on it. I'm pretty sure you all can hear the waterfall from here." She grinned at Slim then Wombat.

"It's really warm in the cave too. It doesn't go in extremely far but it's huge. There is even a small hole in the wall that is secretly a tunnel! It brings you right to the other side of the pond. good for escape just in case." She looked at Wombat. "But it doesn't mean to go sneak out and play without Slim or me. It's dangerous in the mountains. OK?" She walked to the edge or the trail. "Be careful. It can be a little slippery, but just in case." She picked up Wombat ad carried him the the other side and in the cave.Then put him down.

The cave was huge. In the corner was a large pile of animal skins. "I skin the animals i kill. i saved them just in case i found a cool place like this to live." She walked over to the pile and began to spread it out so everyone could have some fur to lay on. The cave had huge rocks that looked like a natural playground. There was a slide like grove in one of the taller rocks and a huge rock in the other corner that had lots of fox-size holes. There were many round rocks in many different sizes. There were random platforms at different heights. "Pretty neat huh? The rocks are round and smooth enough that you can roll them around!~" She rolled one to Wombat.

Mykhai's glance darted between the party of kitsunes seeking their leader's home and the single shape behind her. She had embarassed herself in front of the three and likely irritated her with her mannerisms, but she still felt as if she should follow them.

But the other... she seemed tense. Mykhai felt it would be wrong to attempt to approach her first, but stood waiting, watching for a moment longer, intending to help as needed... and hoping that she wouldn't make a fool out of herself again.

Slim glanced around for danger as they traveled back to Miyuki's place. Wombat was very at ease with his usual carefree self, but his eyes slowly slinked down. He battled himself to keep awake; he very easily grew tired after a long day of excitement.

Slim paid attention to Miyuki's explanation, memorizing the way there. When they finally reached her home, and she had spread out the furs, he quietly made himself at home. He watched Miyuki, his caution fading a little. Wombat was amazed by the place, and grinned when Miyuki passed him a rock.

He nudged it, and started rolling it around. He tried to play with it, but his eyes were drooping. He eventually gave up and slumped his way back over to Slim, and snuggled up next to his warm stomach, falling asleep. Wombat snored.

Slim's eyes drooped slightly, but he remained awake. He was still watching the others, trying to figure them out. He trusted Miyuki well enough, but the others he had not decided on. He placed his paw over Wombat protectively.

Miyuki smiles at them gently. "Sleep well. I'll stay guard. You can never be too careful in the mountains." She Sits by the edge of the water fall almost blending in with the color but is too blinding white to mix with the blue. Starts to groom herself before looking over to Mykhai.

"Make yourself at home. I'll go hunting in the Morning for everyone." She hummed as she went back to grooming herself. The soft melody started to echo through the cave softly.

Mykhai jumped at suddenly being addressed. She shook her head gently to clear the thoughts pulsing against her skull, and padded slowly towards the cave. She glanced over at Slim, and seeing how protective he was over the kit, nodded calmly at him and kept her distance.

The pale-gray kitsune paced by a distant wall, seemed to tire, and then jumped to her feet as soon as she had started to sit. She couldn't keep calm. She hadn't stayed in such close proximity to other kitsunes in what felt like an eternity.

Mykhai padded quietly over to Miyuki, trying not to disturb the others in the cave. She sat in silence for a few minutes before trying to speak.

"C-can I stand guard with you?" Her voice cracked as she spoke.

Miyuki smiled at her. "Of course you can. If you get tired feel free to go lay down by Slim. He's nice." She smiled over at Slim. "To be honest he's the nicest male I've met in a very long time. In fact I was just traveling with a male desert Kitsune named Zozu. Such a grump but he saved my life..." Her tail flicked nervously and a deep frown formed on her face. She quickly shoke it off and looked over at Mykhai again.

"Well I think I'm done telling that story. Would you like to hear another?" she smiled sweetly.

Wombat rolled over, his little belly sticking face-up. Slim cracked a small amused smile. After Slim had confirmed Wombat wouldn't wake up, he carefully stood up. He snuck over to Miyuki and Mykhai, watching them sheepishly.

Unsure of how to begin a conversation, he sat next to Miyuki quietly. He could not sleep around strangers easily, and with so many Kitsunes he was worried about hunters. He leaned his head down on the his paws, glancing up at the two Kitsunes. He had a gut feeling they had been discussing him before he came over, but he did not mind.

"So..." He said quietly, and glanced back at Wombat protectively.
