FAQ: Part 1; The Site
Covered here are basic things about the site.
Q: How did you make the banners?
A: Photo manipulation, probably[Currently.] using Gimp.
Q: Where did you get all this information of Kitsunes and Magic?
A: Imagination, research, and a bit of logic. Mostly Kitsu did all the work with it. [Especially the Kitsune information.] A lot of the information also came from the character 'Sly Foxx', partially after whom the site is named.
Q: Hey, I think [idea/image/information/etc] is really cool! Can I use it on my site?
A: You must ask first, and we must answer, before you take anything off this site. First of all, it took a lot of work to make all the components that make up this site, and secondly, things like the banners actually contain photos other people took that we specifically asked to use just on this site. Lastly, you'll find the answer depends on what your doing with it, if and how you credit us, and on the creator of the piece.
Q: Who should I contact if I have questions about the site, kitsunes, forms, rules, etc?
A: As a general rule, you may contact any of the staff members. For a quicker response, it is best to ask either myself [myself] or Kitsu. For questions regarding a problem with a layout, design, or other site problems, it is preferred that you message me, while if you have a question about Kitsu, message her. Finally, questions about the rules or anything else can be directed to either of us.
Q: Is there anyway I can contact the staff other than using the private messaging system?
A: You can also ask questions via the Chatbox at the bottom. [This is good for Anonymous questions, as you can just put N/A or something similar.] Secondly, if you have yahoo or MSN, you can add me at Pokeapache@hotmail.com and contact me that way.

FAQ: Part 2: In Character
Covered here are the common questions about the roleplay.
Q: How do Kitsune's age?
A: A Kitsune always starts out like a normal fox, reaching maturity at 10 months. Foxes generally live for 3 years- and during that time, if a fox discovers magic within that time, and not get killed OR end up killing itself, (via setting itself on fire or otherwise) then it will live much longer.
Q: Do Kitsune grow their tails gradually?
A: A Kitsune gains a new tail every 100 years or so. Basically, they have a storage of magic in their bodies, and when they get too much magic gathered, they have a window- around exactly a week- to create a new tail to store that magic. So, no, it isn't gradual. It isn't just suddenly poof-- there's a tail, yay!-- either. It's about creating it to store magic.
Q: And what happens if they make a tail too early or too late?
A: If a Kitsune makes their tail too soon, it will die from the lack of energy and magic. If a Kitsune makes it too late-- well, there is no making it too late. If a Kitsune doesn't make a new tail, the magic overwhelms them and they die. This is why improper timing is one of the leading causes of Kitsune death. It's hard to predict when a tail has to be made.
Q: What illnesses do Kitsune get? What is poisonous to them?
A: Actually, usually none and nothing. They use their magic to keep their immune system strong and healthy, and to fight any poisons that they might ingest. However, a few things should be noted: firstly, a Kitsune is not immune to acids and they will still burn, unless they have specifically trained to be immune and secondly, Kitsune can and will fall ill if their magic drops too low to sustain the additional defense, and the result is often fatal - the downside of protecting the body is that when magic cannot be relied on, the body has neither the strength nor the immune system to fight even a common cold.
Q: Does this site run on Liquid Time? Aka: Can we have a character involved in multiple topics at once?
A: ^^; Well... No. Due to the possible confusion as well as discrepancies, we prefer that people don't post in multiple topics at once. This helps keep plots straight- and who knows? Maybe something will happen in one topic that makes it impossible for the second topic to happen.

Covered here are the common questions about things outside of the roleplay, but not directly pertaining to the main site.
Q: I have a great idea for (Magic, Place, Kitsune, Etc)! Can my idea be used in the site? And if so, where can I submit my suggestion/idea?
A: Of course! We're always up for ideas and suggestions. You should either message either me or Kitsu personally, or you can put it up in the Questions and FAQ board, as it's most likely to be noticed there.
