His ears picked up her voice and this nose picked up her scent. She was safe. Phew. He ran right to her. "Im so sorry Sully." He snuggled her kindly. 'So, so, sorry."

"It's okay," she replied in a chipper voice, a mingle of fear and sadness still in her energy and body language, but not in her voice. She pressed tightly against his fur and took in his scent, glad to have it back with her.
Yes, she was sure of the crush now. It was a definite, forever feeling, a feeling that it would last forever that always told her it was a crush. She remembered how her mother explained real love, and she knew the difference in a sort of odd way. The forever feeling was not going to last for forever but was comforting to feel that way now, at the least.
"You wanna show me to where your mum is, now?"

"Yes, of course." He toke her through the deep brush, vines and trees. Helping her whenever she needed it. He was so happy that she wasn't mad at him. Any other girl would throw a fit and never talk to him again. Hopefully mother would have no effect on her. He could only hope.

Sully followed him quietly, hopping over difficult things like roots-- those were easy though, compared to the thicker parts where her thick fur would get caught in thorns. She hated thorns, she decided rather quickly. But Benny helped her out with anything she had trouble with, which made the trip so much easier.

"sorry about the thorns. There are a lot of them. My Great-Grand parents made sure of it, but they are more up top then down here. Nothing ever dies here so you don't have to worry about thorns on the ground." He smiled at her and continued as he lead the way.
"They want to stick to you because you are unfamiliar. Watch." He walked right to wards a Thorn bush but it moved away from him. "See?"

"Woah..." Sully murmered. "Um, I'll just stick close to you then, right?" She suggested, brushing her pelt up against his. "I'll be safer now, I think..."

"Thanks so much for this adventure, by the way... Nearly had a heart attack, but I mean, it's been really nice hanging out with you," Sully told Benito calmly, curling one of her tails around his. "I really hope your mum is nice. My mum's been dead for a while now, I kinda miss her."
She leaned against him now as she walked, only slight enough so he could take some of her weight but not too much to throw him off balance.
"I miss my brother more though. Well, I guess I miss my brothers, but my older brother was just really awesome."

"Is your brother still alive? I only have my mother, father, a couple of sisters. The rest are dead or hiding, so I don't know them. But, in any case my mom is nice but awkward." He leaned on her more.
"Just make sure she doesn't see you this close to me." He smiled. He really liked it though. Sigh.

"Yes, but just the one. Maybe my father, but I don't know him too much. My other brother died in a storm on the mountains, and my older brother didn't ever tell me how my mother died, just that she did," Sully spoke about it rather lightly for such a depressing topic, but she turned even more so chipper when she asked the next question.
"Why can't your mum see me this close?" She asked thoughtfully, "oh, you did think my idea was terrible, huh? The one about pretending to be... well, you know."

"Really, are we?" And suddenly, she was extremely excited. She untangled her tail from his, and parted their fur, and darted around him, bouncing on her feet. A thornbush scraped up against her pelt, and then she darted over to Ben again so their pointy, clingy fingers would stay away from her.
"Oh, I really can't wait much longer. I bet she's really nice, huh?"

"Well she is kind enough to love me, take care of me, raise me, and accept me for being the vegan I am. It's odd to have a child who doesn't like meat and obsessed with nature." He watched the ground for a few minutes as he continued towards his home.
He pushed away a few branches to show a big clearing where red foxes were running around everywhere. It was pretty clear they were kitsunes. "Well, here we are."

The white kitsune's bright yellow eyes lit up with more excitement then her whole body could show, and with a moment passed since he said here we are, she bolted forward to chase a red kitsune who seemed plenty younger than her. "I'm gonna get'choo!" She cheered eagerly, with not a single ounce of aggression in her whole body.
She yipped eagerly once the younger kitsune took notice of her, and bolted back over to Benito like she hadn't done a single thing wrong-- except for the fact that she bolted behind him, as if to hide like a small child would.

He smiled at her then at the younger kitsunes. They all bolted over. "She's all white!! Play with us! Play with us!!!" Benito chuckled at them. Smiling at her, he nudged her towards them softly.
"You better listen to them or they'll tackle you."
